Friedr Herder Pikas 8” Chef Knife Forged Stainless POM

Man, what a fantastic all purpose kitchen knife which I use for cutting meat primarily. Excellent quality and worth the extra investment. Holds its edge beautifully so far (just owned for one month currently) and slices easily into bones. I will be purchasing more of this brand to grow my knife set!
