Very fast shipping and very beautiful ring. My fiancée loved it. I accidentally had the shipping address wrong. I submitted a help ticket and they fixed the address and shipped the next day after I ordered.

The exchange process was so easy! We ordered a size too big at first, but ended up exchanging for a smaller size and it was the easiest process. We love the ring!!
