Perfect fit

I wear a 5.5 so it’s hard to find nice and comfortable shoes. They happened to have my size so I tried them on and bought them. I like unique shoes and these are black leather with red soles. I have had many compliments.

I am delighted with The Mayor - admittedly I was nervous when ordering them, not sure how they style would really look or if they would be comfortable. I loved the advance emails and communications on when my shoes were started and who was working on them. The personal touch is fantastic. I ordered the black and white pair and they just arrived today...worth the wait! Thrilled with the look and custom feel of the shoes. They are comfortable with minimalistic style knowing that to pull off the clean lines and great design takes intense, detail oriented work. The red accents put the look on another level. 100% hit with The Mayor - thank you Nate and the Pingree crew!

More than just a pair of shoes

These are surprisingly comfortable and I already received compliments on my first time wearing them. I appreciate the sturdy soles yet the shoes are still really comfortable. I love the whole ethos of this company and I loved getting to know the makers/owners and appreciate their generosity of spirit and community.
