Good product, need to work on advertising promises

Love the product! Company advertised 5-8 day shipping, after 8 days of no update, I reached out to the company. They claimed they had been trying to reach me to set up shipping info. Once I called their bluff on the lie, things started moving. Customer service lady was nice enough to give me a small discount, but expect 3 week delivery, not the advertised 5-8. Would be better to advertise the true shipping time to not give customers false expectations and to not lie that they had been trying to reach you. Otherwise happy with my purchase. Great product, arrived safely, easy to assemble, and works great.

We are loving our new sauna. The ordering process was easy. The sauna came on time and in perfect shape. It was very easy to assemble with the help of our friend who recommended Sun Valley Sauna to us after he got his. We have already recommended Sun Valley to another friend and theirs came and went together perfectly as well. I sent an email question and got an answer same day. Great customer service and great product.
