What an amazing combination of 40 years of experience from an amazing source of information. I will be giving this as a gift to several people in my circle of IMPACT.

I have just given away greatness book #35. I have gladly gifted books to family, friends, seasoned leaders, and leaders beginning their journey. As a leadership practitioner who is still on the journey to grow and influence others in meaningful ways, I believe this book is special. It is a privilege to share its content with others so that they may grow their own leadership, lead better, and impact broader. I have found many people in organizations and on teams are hungry for effective, authentic, and humble leaders. May all who consume the words and tenets in the book believe likewise and act to do the same.

This was a gift given to my son. I visited him lasted weekend and saw he had it displayed on the stand in his living room. In my opinion, the small font on the cover is not ideal; it should be larger and more visible so that it can start a conversation.
