Great tool to get a sense of self back, creating micro habits is helping to lead to bigger habits and goals. Goals alone will not bring you success, the habits you form will.

So far, I haven't had the chance to use the system. I have glanced at the sections and it looks great. I have a problem with procrastination.... I wait too long to get started and run out of time to focus on the system.

Instruction could be clear on how to use the book. I can see in section two the daily activity but is section one the same? Also do you only start section two once one is finished? Great product just would have been better with a clearer guide
