I get a Great relaxed but alert feeling from this. I mix it with sugar, Ceylon cinnamon, monk fruit extract and coconut milk. Froth it up. Delicious

Always soothing & nurturing - very grounding for me!

I really like the Connected Columbia. As I said in the title, I find it very soothing, grounding & nurturing. I like it made with good quality oat milk ( with as few additives in it as possible), a healthy sprinkling of good quality cinnamon, a tiny smidge of good quality amber or dark maple syrup - all frothed up with a hand frother! Delicious, warming and comforting as it gets.
