Absolutely the very best corn pasta!
Flavorful & chewy, if you like a real fresh corn taste don’t hesitate and try it, it’s delicious!!! And gluten free!!!! I served it with several sauces but even plain with good quality olive oil and umbushi and fig vinegar mix came out superb.
