Very disappointed. I have shopped with DB for years and always loved the quality, the price, and the ease of process. They have changed so much and the quality of the hair is dry and brittle and nothing like i usually get with this color. The purchase process was sketchy with additional verification requirements, and they refused to validate my 2019 certificate and provide me with my certificate from “that far back” or put me on their stylist map. This sadly will probably be my last purchase from Donna Bella. Dont like the changes this company has made, but especially dont like paying MORE for LOWER QUALITY HAIR!
