NAB customer service is second to none. An absolutely first rate company to deal with / purchase from. A recent issue was dealt with professionalism, timeliness and understanding. No excuses whatsoever. Fantastic. Would purchase from NAB again, no questions asked.

The leash is very nice looking and feels sturdy. Unfortunately, the leash handle is riveted to the leash, i.e., the leash is not a continuous piece of leather. The rivets are not very strong and, under stress, they detached, so I was left with a leash handle separated from the leash. I wrote to NAB about the problem and NAB was very nice and sent me a new leash. In the mean time, I took the original leash to the cobbler and he re-attached the leash handle with stronger rivets.

I ordered the leash wondering if it would live up the claims of the manufacturer. I received the beautiful ahead of schedule in a well packaged box. It is a high quality item that I expect will have a long life as long as it doesn't get lost or stolen. My wife was skeptical when I ordered it but was pleasantly surprised when she open the box. I expect her to do some shopping on the NAB website in the near future.
