Not only was the belt exceptional quality, the customer service was amazing. This was a birthday present for my son who was turning 17 in a few days. I recently bought 2 long haul belts and I loved them so much, I got this belt because the buckle looks super unbreakable - and now I think I'm set for belts for the rest of my life!! lol Love NAB leather!!

Leather quality is ok, maybe a bit stiffer than I had expected. Had already heard the keeper is only stapled so was not surprised on that front. Tips of the buckle prongs are not milled smooth, so be aware they may snag on things. Ordering process was a bit strange: I received the product in just a few days (I'm not far from them, located in Southern Ontario) but I did not get a shipping notification until a day or two after it arrived. I don't really have anything bad to say, but it's also not my favourite leather belt; I have one from another Canadian company that is much nicer leather.
