Brazil Cerrado Estate

Typically I find Brazilian coffees to be a bit monotone. I think it's about roast levels, getting them just right for the particular bean. Very enjoyable and nice depth.

This was a great everyday kind of coffee but kicked up a notch because of the natural wash process. Like your favorite coffee shops medium roast central america but with a little burst of fruit.

Trying this for the first time, is good as a pour-over or Aeropress.
