Best eyeliner I’ve used, does not smudge or rub off at all

Ordered wrong color

After looking at several things in the site, I think it automatically goes to this lavender color when you chose the dual end eyeliner & you have to choose something different (instead of having the default be black on both ends), so I ended up ordering this with the lavender that I will never use. I tried to contact Kokie to exchange them by replying to the email like it said or through the contact info on the site & after 12 days I STILL have not had a response. I ended up having to reorder the correct ones & pay all over again

I LOVE IT. I’ve had this product in a different color.
