I was told by host to contact customer service to change out lashes, as I bought the mega and realized it also had Exquisite lashes, so I asked in the LIVE, the host they would change it out to different so I wasn't getting the same lashes to try different but it didnt work out that way. I emailed to make sure, and they said sorry its been shipped when I hadnt received shipping info yet. SMH. I really do like Lurella but this could have been resolved, instead of making it right, they sent a return label for the whole 2 orders, and if I was familiar with the return policy? How rude. Lets resolve the issue you caused as I dont think it was fair that you said you would take care of it and then say SORRY. So you lost a first time customer on total of 2 orders that will be sent back NOW, not because I would t have kept the order, but it incorrect and rude way it was handled..I guess you have too many customers now....ok..its REALLLLY sad how they didnt follow up

I absolutely love them they are so much easier to put on than the lashes,this is my new go too......I Love them.
