I never even took this out of the bag it came in and when I returned it they still gave me a partial refund, the design is weird and if you ordered the smaller earbuds like I did this wouldn’t have much to grab on to. Wouldn’t recommend For the earbuds since they aren’t letting me review them: Felt like flimsy plastic I started a return process because it didn’t feel like it was as high quality as their competitors (loop) and they partially refunded me, I didn’t wear them outside of the house once, I included everything including the stickers and the little instruction cards. Not a single speck was on the earbuds but they still partially refunded me. Wouldn’t recommend
