Turquoise Slab Necklace

Upon unpackaging, sadly I found the necklace broke mid-chain! In addition the chain was black (tarnished) rather than shiny silver as in picture. Very disappointing to pay $46 for this new piece only to have it arrive broken & tarnished after waiting anxiously for it to arrive. I have emailed Lavender Blue & am awaiting a response. Hope they will back their product & replace the necklace. Also they should have a QA system in place checking the items before they are shipped out to ensure quality of the product.
