London Sunshine Kamado - The Junior Series

The Komodo Junior arrived fully intact due to its good packing. Assembled easily and quickly despite being so heavy. One thing I like about it so far, is how it easily maintains a lower temperature, yielding wonderfully cooked and smoked meats instead of tough incinerated chunks of dead animal. I have had some of the best barbecued or smoked meals I've ever had from the Komodo and no real flops. As you might be able to tell, I am quite happy with the purchase. Thanks

I Had one of the worst online shopping experiences with London Sunshine. I ordered a grill, and before it was even shipped, I was told the color I chose was unavailable. I asked them to cancel the order, and they confirmed the cancellation by email. But the very next day, they shipped the grill anyway. When I contacted them about the mistake, they told me I had to return it to get a refund. I agreed—but explained that I don’t have a printer and requested they send me a return label by mail. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, they kept repeating the same thing: I had to print the label myself and cover the cost. They completely ignored the fact that this entire situation was caused by their warehouse and fulfillment mistake—not mine. Now, I have to assume their mistakes sinse they’re refusing to process my refund unless I jump through hoops they created. I’ve been ignored, disregarded, and treated with total indifference. This is NOT how you treat customers. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Exactly what I was hoping for. A small - but not too small- Kamado smoker without breaking the bank. After 2 uses (Bone-In Chicken Breast slow cooked @ 225f) and Burgers (@ 400f) I am very pleased. Be warned! This item is fairly heavy!!
