Debated which trampoline to buy for awhile and the reviews finally convinced me that Zupapa was the way to go. I’ve been thrilled with the quality and size. Having the mat sewn to the pad is so convenient. The net is also less offensively ugly than its competitors.

We have bought a couple trampolines in the past and have had two "taco" on us. When we tried to get replacement parts there was never anyone to speak to, parts weren't available, or the the company was a third party and wasn't responsible. Our Zupapa trampoline came with all the bells and whistles. Even came with some blow up reindeer tiara's with hoops that you could throw and catch with the antlers as a little game. Fun! The build quality is very high, however we did have a couple weld joints break on us. I reached out to customer service and the 10 year warranty on the frame is the real deal. Khloee from the customer support team handled my inquiry swiftly and we got our new parts accurately and within a few days, less than a week. We are very happy with our purchase and are very comfortable that Zupapa's customer support team with help us diligently with any future issues should they arise.
