It was an overall good experience. PayPal payment was a little less desired, but assure yourself that you will receive the parts ordered or they will make it right. My trampoline has a new life!

Purchased new mat for trampoline
I haven’t installed yet, but customer service was exceptional! I was reminded by their team 5 weeks later that the color I wanted was back in stock. Always courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Parts and Service
I was shocked how easy it was to get new parts for our trampoline when it was damaged in a wind storm. Also the customer service was excellent.
