Their care is like an extra, unexpected hug when you’re grieving your loss.

Placed order. Some 21 days later I had received nothing about my order. I called and was called back. The individual acted like he was working then on my order and indicated it would be sent out shortly. Then a UPS tracking number was assigned my order. This made it appear that the order was ready for shipment. However, that is a "lulling tactic" as the order was not shipped until 10 days later. Nice product, but took way too long (34 days) to process, complete and deliver my order.

I love ordering these for friends when their fur babies pass. They are always so touched. It’sa great way to honor them.
