Canary Bird Zinnia
Germination was very good in a flat of potting mix soil. They are planted in my vegetable garden for cut flowers. They are just beginning to open a few blossoms and they are exactly as described. So far they are healthy and growing well.

Canary Bird Zinnia_Just lovely
Big, beautiful blooms on robust and tall stems. I planted a tray of zinnias that had to wait in their cell packs until I harvested the garlic mid-to-late June and had room for them in the garden. Despite that mistreatment, the zinnias are performing beautifully.

Canary bird zinnia
I have grown several different varieties of zinnias from Pine tree for many years. I purchased these seeds because I had no yellow Zinnias so I gave them a try. It did take a little longer for these to come up. They have been blooming for about the last 2 weeks. I do not see a lot of doubles. They also don't seem to be as "husky" as the other varieties. But since it has been a such a strange summer We will try them again next year as they are such a lovely color.
