First of all the customer service was wonderful. I needed to make an exchange and they took care of it quickly and got it me so I would have it for my vacation in BVI’s.

Love the colour, the shape and the leather strap, the hat is also a perfect fit for me (size small). The straw fabric is a little thicker, harder and stiffer than I had anticipated, always difficult when buying online to know how the fabric will feel. Delivery to UK was very fast and the hat was very well packed so even though it was opened at customs, there was no damage. Thank you Minga, would definitely recommend.
