Kick In The Heat Without Changing The Taste!

I love hot sauces, but inevitably they add their flavor to the taste of whatever dish they're added to. Most of the time that's what I want, but there are a few foods that I believe have a perfect standalone flavor, and I just want them hotter without changing the flavor I love. Trinidad Scorpion Butch T Pepper Powder does just that, and does it better than any ground or powdered pepper I've ever used. For example, this evening I had cabbage braised in a touch of olive oil and unsalted chicken broth. It tasted wonderful right out of the pan, and I just didn't want any salt or vinegar to color the flavor...but I wanted it screamin' hot! Well, a few shakes of this powder did just that. By the time I was finished eating, my eyes were watering, my tongue was on fire and I had enjoyed the cabbage's natural flavor to the max!
