Lime Margarita | Waterproof Dog Collar

So far love the collars, they look very smart on my grand dogs!! So I hope they are strong and hold up well

Terrible customer service. Took a while to get here. And once I finally received the collar and leash the collar was way too big for my dog. I wanted to return my product and requested a refund and it stated on their store policy that you could do this. They since changed their store policy and don’t accept returns in exchange for a refund. Only exchanges or in store credits. I have been back and forth with woof concept many times and fighting for my refund to my debit card and they refuse to do so. I have never ordered or dealt with such an unprofessional, uncooperative and rude company, they certainly don’t strive to make their customers happy. The products are nice bright and appear good quality but very over priced. But if you cannot get a refund and you have to pay out of your pocket for the shipping/handling fees to send the product back for an exchange or in store credit than that is beyond ridiculous to me. Safe to say this company will not be getting my business again!
