Empress | Waterproof Step-In Harness

I need to exchange it and have sent three emails to the company and it's been four days and no reply. I had to re purchase what I really wanted from their site separately....they say they don't do refunds. But I hope in my case that can make an exception for the lack of customer service they've shown so far.

So far it’s been good. The fit is not perfect though and we used the measurements given on the site. Also the little clips on the straps that keep the loops tight don’t stay in place but it’s not a huge deal. Otherwise it’s good. The clip is sturdy and the harness itself is a great colour and is easy to clean.
