I use magnesium spray daily on my legs in the morning. It helps with sore muscles and increases my magnesium levels. I find it better than taking magnesium in tablet form.

I started using the Magnesium spray every day on my inner arms, my back and tummy as prescribed and I have been so surprised by the improvement in my night cramps and energy levels. I am also using the joint gel to relieve arthritic aches and pains at night and it is so helpful. I am thankful convert!
