I just purchased this item but I can say I notice a difference in the softness of my skin. Having the product for only one week I don't think any product will take away deep lines that quickly. If I put the product above my lips, the lines soften a bit. The lines in this area are not deep and luckily, I don't have eleven lines. I think it needs more time to show an effect. To be honest about a product is very, very important. I think it's too soon for me to review Skin Envy's progress on my face in its entirety. I can honestly say, that I did in the above sentence, my skin feels extra smooth and that is because of the silkiness of this product, and its contents. It would not be a waste of anyone money to purchase this and have it on hand for everyday use. I do believe over time it will make a difference in anyone's skin. I'm very happy I purchased it and wish I had purchased two as I did not have to pay a very high price for the product.
