Beautiful and practical

I’m replacing an old thin mat that had started shedding. This is a beautiful mat and the alignment marks have helped me already. I’m getting used to the cork, and will need to moisten it prior to my workouts. The thickness and material make this a very comfortable mat. I’ll use this as I increase my number of days I practice. It was a gift to myself. 💕

I am obsessed this mat! It’s a game changer for my bony knees. Love it!
