Shimmy Coffee Sieve

I like the product but, it needs a lock or something for the 2 caps to be more secure. Carelessness got the better of me and today I spilled a bunch of fine coffee on the ground and myself when the bottom cap came off. Because of the amazing (super fun) personal introductory note included in the paperwork, I like to channel my inner percussionist and shake it rhythmically so, it would be nice to include some tips on how to use it to prevent over sieving the grounds or introducing fines back into the mix. In summary: it has helped me with french press brewing, introducing less fines. It just needs a little more security and guidance. Under some stipulations, I would recommend this product. This thing is awesome - very easy to use and clean, well made! Amazed how many fines I can quickly filter out. Next to no static build up so far for me!

pleased with the product but it's my second one . First one plastic cracked when i was drink it with a towel tightly placed on it too tightly-my bad! I've used extensively with my old baratza and ODE but not yet with my new ODE with SSP burrs which is superb! Will try soon though it improves cup consistency and taste with the older grinders though does add time naturally, thank you
