Rarely do I leave reviews, however the Customer service I received from Fawn-Lily was exceptional enough that here I am. It's been awhile since I've invested in self-care, so after loads of research regarding Sponges I choose to order a premium sponge for myself. I asked if they would select an especially soft one, since I already have a rougher Wool sponge. They exceeded my expectations with a beautiful choice that feels silky when I bathe, and lathers like a dream. I also received mysponge in a beautiful package with a handwritten note from the Owner. I was so impressed, and pleased. I felt very special to have such personalized service just for me! I will look forward to future purchases. Do not hesitate to order a sponge. I am beyond thrilled.
