some cuts were not fully vacuum sealed, one was not frozen

Shipping was quick and arrived in 3 boxes. All meat was still frozen. I was very impressed with the packaging and labeling of the meat. I expected everything to be wrapped in butcher paper, but every cut was vacuum sealed in clearly marked shrink wrap plastic.The meat tastes great and definitely cooks quicker than store bought meat. We will definitely order from you again when we need to restock.
