Very dry

Two Pounds? Three pounds? What? This and other products I purchased missing volume. I won't be purchasing again. Also, the whole QR code thing for instructions.

No Instructions

There were NO instructions with the pancake mix on how to prepare it. Do you add flour, eggs, milk, water? How much? What ratio of mix to wet ingredients?
