This power squat rack has allowed me not only to squat at home, bench and connect my plate loaded tricep attachment to complete lists and tris. A solid investment as I transition from the health club to home work outs. This power rack was essential in beginning to build my own home gym.

This rack/pull-up bar combo is great value for the price. I am 190 lbs and there was just a bit of wobble during high rep fast sets of pull-ups. Assembly was also surprisingly easy and enjoyable.
