I purchased the Gourmet PRO 258 to reduce the number of grills cluttering up my backyard. With this one Grill I was able to get rid of my pellet grill, kettle, barrel smoker, and, once I purchase the insert, my griddle. Not only is the Gourmet Pro 258 versatile, it's a great cooker too. If you're considering a Legacy Model Cooker, I suggest spending the little bit extra and go for the Gourmet PRO 258. Its got a warming shelf for increased capacity and you can set up two rotisseries at a time on it. If you're on the fence, hop on over to the Hasty Bake side. The grass is always greener over here.

I love Hasty Bake charcoal grills. I started cooking on a Hasty Bake Suburban back in 1997. My daughter still uses it today. I recently purchased a Pro Model 258 and my wife and I are really enjoying it. The workmanship is top notch and the versatility is unmatched Thank you for making such a fine product.
