I love this product! I rinse it in purified water before soaking then blending it for gel making. To use, I grab a tablespoon or two to add to whatever drink or food I consume. My most favorite way to consume it is as gummies. I call this staying healthy on the go! Thank you Dr. Price!

I’m in the process of taking it. It’s too soon to tell if it’s working; It definitely has a sea taste and smell to it; after the process of making it into the gel, it didn’t have a smooth texture; more like a granulated texture, but however it’s supposed to be, one thing is for certain, I know it’s beneficial for my body and I add it right into my smoothie/yogurt which is an excellent way to eat it.
