Full Spectrum Irish Sea moss

Really enjoying the great energetic feeling of consuming my full spectrum sea moss. I've experimented with several different fruit fusions. My favorite as of now is to fuse dates, black cherries and sea moss. I also soak for two days and prior to blending I cut up the sea moss. Blessings!
