This is one of the few probiotics that both improves my digestive issues and doesn't cause any gassy side-effects, even if you haven't taken it in several months.

Very effective for travel

I purchased these probiotics to try to prevent the intense gastrointestinal issues I suffer every time I travel to a third world country. They’re working!! For the first time ever, I haven’t got sick—after almost 3 wks in Vietnam, eating local food (I’m careful but not perfect.) I started taking the pills about a week before I left the US and now while traveling take one every morning when I wake up before eating anything. I’m so grateful that these seem to be working to prevent the significant discomfort that usually occurs when I travel. Thank you!
