What a difference your flour makes!
I found this flour to be exceptionally wonderful as a home bread baker in comparison with the flour I have been using there is no comparison! I literally just checked to see if it comes in larger quantities than 1.5 pounds? My husband said it’s the best tasting loaf I ever made and I have made many… the texture of the dough while you are making the bread is so much better it makes shaping a cinch whether it’s a BOULE or a BATARD it shapes beautifully. I highly recommend giving it a try!
