Light, refreshing summer electrolyte! With this recent heat wave, I needed extra electrolytes, and did not want to use too much diluted juice ( and do not use commercial electrolytes). I tried sipping chilled lemon and garlic chicken bone broth: it's a winner! Of course, it is a highly versatile broth lending a delicate flavorful taste to whatever it is used in.
