I forgot to add the engraving I wanted so emailed LOVELOX and quickly received a response that is was no problem to add it. I was also amazed at the speed the locket arrived which came in less than a week. This is for my daughter’s 17th birthday and can’t wait to give it to her tomorrow as was very pleased with the quality!
