Tried it for 2 weeks , good gains but im on a good diet, workout wise is alright not that good but always good to change up a bit for couple weeks

Best arm program I've done in 10 years
I've been doing the program for only 2 weeks and I see more definition in my arms already. I'm excited to see my results 1-2 months from now. The high volume training style seems to be the way to go for arms, nothing doubt this program is the real deal.
