Great workout best way I found so far to put lean muscle on still in the first month workout setup but seeing really great games I'm at 195 putting up 320 I feel like if I keep going harder I'll be able to put up more

It’s a very hard one. Especially for someone who doesn’t work the chest often. I have been very sore after workouts.
