Love the art, but the framing didn’t match the website

I recently purchased three framed art pieces, and while I absolutely love the artwork itself, I was disappointed with the framing options. The website displays the artwork with a white matte, which was the exact look I wanted, but that option was apparently not available when ordering. I paid extra to have them framed, so it was frustrating to receive frames that don’t really match the aesthetic shown online or what I expected for the price. The framing quality is alright, but not worth the added cost in my opinion. Unfortunately, I’ll now have to pay again to have all three pieces reframed so I can achieve the look I originally wanted. I would definitely recommend purchasing the artwork unframed and having it custom framed yourself if you’re particular about presentation and matting options.

Have purchased a few pieces for the work space and gifted some! Love the creativity in all the pieces, truly one of a kind. Will definitely purchasing more! The canvas work is also amazing & looks spectacular. Bring them back soon!!!
