Positive click = cannot draw

I received the IWB tuckable holster and holstered my 9 EZ looking forward to making this my new EDC. The gun could not be drawn from the holster so I’m sending it back for a refund. I had to disassemble the holster to extract the gun. I’m giving 2 stars because the customer service rep was very helpful which counts for something IMO.
