Shipping was on time. We have sliding windows in our upstairs and had a portable AC. The room was still so hot! Switched to this one and the difference has been AMAZING. Would absolutely purchase again!

Love the compact size

We have had a great experience so far. We love the compact size and it has worked well. I like all the extra features that come with the unit. The only minor negative is that the exhaust hose has a hard time staying connected to the window panel. We use tape to hold it in place. But that has been my experience with almost every portable a/c.
