Give it a week

It took a week to notice a difference but my son started to go down to sleep and stay asleep through the night with more consistent use.

Great for the whole family to use for calm down at night time. Non abrasive, no groggy mornings, no otc drug side effects. Just a added slow down at night time. Kinda like a calming warm tea before bed that comes in topical form.
