Core Support Stack

I have been using the core support stack and I am thoroughly impressed. I was struggling with my energy levels( I gave up my morning coffee).m My energy levels are much better and I attribute that to these patches. It makes me feel better knowing the vitamins are getting into my system through my skin, rather than processing through my entire digestive system first.I have already ordered more for next month!

It’s hard to review a vitamin as you can’t always feel a huge difference. But they are so easy to use and give me peace of mind - I can’t find a multi vitamin that doesn’t hurt my stomach so these patches are a perfect solution. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to use them.

I love the vitamin patches. I actually do feel a difference between days when I wear them and ones when I don't. The only downside for me personally is I seem to be allergic to the adhesive.
