Smelled and was much smaller than David's bridal /Azazia sizing

I received the dress in an open box, not bagged. The dress smelled like it wasn't cleaned for quite some time. The fabric wasn't soft or flattering. I didn't even try it all the way on since I was so underwhelmed. I'm buying a very similar style from David's Bridal that was much better in every way. The return shipping label was also attached to the bag inside so it won't be seen if I seal it. Not sure what to do about that.
