The light turns heads like crazy 5/5, quick charged it to 100% and it charged my laptop that was around 14% and 2 phones to 100% they were around 20 and 30%… This thing is at 87% like how?(i checked it with me Satechi ChargeView charger) Is it because its new? Or do they always perform like this?

I originally ordered the black charger and didn’t get it when I was scheduled to. I emailed the company to see where my order was and apparently my device was on backorder and I didn’t realize it when I placed the order. The company worked with me and sent me the orange one as a replacement as I was going on a backpacking trip in days time and they shipped it so quickly! The power bank worked perfectly on the backpacking trip I just took - there’s a lot to learn for the ins and outs of the device, but it charged my phone for days on a single charge and was so pleased! A little heavy, but understand it’s a powerful device that makes the weight worth it!

Good addition to the emergency supplies

Used it during a recent storm related power outage and it worked like a charm. Glad to have this item. It seems very durable, too.
