I was looking for a good DVD that was just drills. I’ll be honest I really never heard of Tomer Alroy before. I was very shocked to see all the drills and things covered for preparation for a tournament. I enjoyed the thought process of how to set up the different stages of the drilling, like speed drills, endurance drills and ect. You might have seen all the moves before but the strategies and concept’s are well worth the price..

Watching this actually made me set new goals. The drilling overview here is priceless wether you’re a professional or an enthusiast. I know I will keep coming back to watch this again and again as I progress and more layers of information will reveal.

Excellent video with many drills

This video contains many sequences of drills that you can do with a partner. I found it tremendously useful to have these consequences ready-made for me to try out as warm-up or to improve my reactions and muscle memory. Love it!
